TV CHANNEL 9 aired a piece April 4, 2022. about an Organization IZ KRUGA VOJVODINA which is a signatory of the written demand for an urgent reaction of competent institutions regarding the last four cases of femicide in Serbia. Seventy women’s organizations, networks and individuals that work on preventing gender-based violence signed the demand.
Competent institutions for preventing violence against women are asked to investigate and explain to the public possible omissions and lack of efficient response to reports of violence that preceded femicide and to name concrete steps for further prevention of femicide.
