Members of the organization …IZ KRUGA – VOJVODINA Svjetlana Timotic and Ivana Zelic, participated in a two-days workshop on Introduction to Strategic Planning of the Network Women against Violence. The workshop was held on February 17 and 18, 2020 in Belgrade.
In addition to the members …IZ KRUGA – VOJVODINA, 36 women from all 5 regions of the Network Women against Violence participated in the workshop.
During the two-days work, the participants analyzed the environment and identified the capacities available at the level of their local communities. The Strategic Plan defined what kind of changes the Network Women against Violence aims to bring about over the next three years. Determining the mission, vision, values, basic principles, resource allocation, method of implementation, planned results, strategies and goals, identifying potential obstacles and problems, and finding the best way to eliminate them are key elements of the strategic plan.
The workshop on strategic planning was led by Tanja Bjelanović. The goals of the workshop have been successfully implemented and plans for the next steps that need to be taken to successfully accomplish the mission of the Network Women against Violence have been defined.
